The RAVENOL DXG SAE 5W-30 is a PAO (Polyalphaolefin) based fully synthetic engine oil for all passenger car gasoline engines with and without turbocharging and direct injection. The DXG 5W-30 engine oil is a premium product of the Ravenol product line USVO (Ultra Strong Viscosity Oil).

It is recommended by the manufacturer for all modern car engines of the brands Opel and General Motors according to GM Dexos 1 specification under all operating conditions.

Ravenol DXG 5W-30 was developed using the proven formulation of trinuclear molybdenum and Organic Friction Modifiers (OFM). A further component in the oil of this formulation was used in the highly polar Group V base oil. This also has good compatibility with the PAO in the oil.

By using RAVENOL DXG SAE 5W-30, friction is minimized and fuel consumption and wear are reduced. In addition, the oil offers good cold start properties, which ensure optimum lubrication safety in the cold running phase.

With the new formulation of RAVENOL engine oil, a safe lubricating layer is achieved even at very high operating temperatures and thus protected against corrosion. A further advantage is the low oil loss due to evaporation (oxidation) or coking. The significant fuel saving of the fully synthetic engine oil reduces emissions, which in turn protects the environment.

The oil prevents premature fuel ignition LSPI (Low Speed Prelgnition), which can prevent engine damage. The oil change intervals are extended according to the manufacturer's instructions.
